HBK Ranch is a small family owned ranch in the Frenchtown Valley, outside of Missoula, Montana.
We are situated in the Clark Fork River Valley and blessed to have irrigated and sub irrigated pastures for our stock to graze on, allowing us to grass feed and finish our beef on high quality forage.
We practice as many regenerative farming principles as possible creating an environment for happy, healthy animals to thrive as God intended for them to do.
Our pork are heritage breeds, ethically raised in Montana with no hormones, or antibiotics. They are raised in large open pens that allow them a natural life and room to roam.
When you buy from HBK Ranch you know exactly what you are getting, and where it came from. Our beef is processed at a USDA inspected facility and packaged in high quality vacuum sealed packages after hanging and aging for 10+ days.
Bulk Beef Shares
Price includes cut and wrap, and delivery to a centralized location within our delivery area, AND a FREE 5 cu ft chest freezer, OR an extra 20 lbs of assorted beef with the purchase of half or whole beef!
Our Process

Place your deposit and indicate your ideal delivery month. *Please note that we do our best to accommodate this request but due to delivery scheduling you may not receive your product in the exact month that you choose, however if you would like to pick up from the ranch in Frenchtown, MT the scheduling is much more flexible and fluid.

You will immediately receive an email confirmation of your deposit. If you choose to customize your cut sheet you will receive a link to a cut sheet as well.*

Beef is typically available within 4-8 weeks, pork can be up to 12 weeks depending on the season. You will receive an email noting the approximate time frame for your delivery.

You will receive an invoice via email for the balance due on your order.

We will reach out via text message to setup delivery.

We deliver your beef at a centralized meeting location in your area. We offer home delivery under special circumstances at an additional cost.

There is an additional charge of $300 to customize your cut sheet. Any cut can be replaced with equal weight of ground beef. Once you place your deposit and select this option you will be sent a link to our custom cut sheet, where you will get the option to substitution for each cut.
