Please Note:

  • All of orders come with the T-Bone split to the NY Strip and Filet Mignon; these are standard steaks.

  • All orders include ribeye steaks, you will select below if you would like a prime rib roast; if you do then you will receive less ribeye steaks as they are from the same cut.

  • Steaks are packaged two per package and cut roughly 1"-1.5" thick depending on the cut of meat. We really prefer leave this to the butchers discretion to ensure the highest quality piece of meat possible. If you would like to adjust thickness please note at the bottom of the cut sheet and we can discuss this option.

Note: Ground beef is packaged in 1 lb packages. For comparison sake our bulk ground beef is 90/10; our processor does the best job they can to get your beef to the requested amount however the inner muscular fat content of each animal does vary so the minimum lean value can vary accordingly.
