Support Dr. Jay Matz 

Many of you know Dr. John J. Matz as simply "Dr.Jay". As a beloved chiropractor he has made an impact on countless lives not only with his practice, but with his big heart, kind soul and loving personality.  
As many know Jay has been battling pancreatic cancer for quite a while and unfortunately his condition has recently declined.

So many people love Jay and Barb and would like to help them.  This fundraiser is to help offset the financial burden of the loss of Jay's income.

Dr. Jay is not only a friend of ours, but considered family in every way that counts.  We appreciate your support in reducing the financial burden of treatment and his ongoing battle with this awful disease.
