HBK Ranch's Ancestral Blend Burger is a special blend of our high quality grass-fed, grass-finished beeef along with the organs from the animal.  The heart, liver and kidney of the animal are nutrient powerhouses, packed with Vitamins A, D, E, B12 and other vitamins. 
This whole animal blend includes all of the prime cuts such as tenderloin, prime rib etc along with the organs to delivery massive amounts of protein, nutrition and quality. 
 
For this first batch of this blend it will only be available for pickup at the Ranch Store in Frenchtown or at our delivery locations in Northern Idaho and Washington (Couer D'Alene, Post Falls, Spokane, Sandpoint)
At this time we cannot substite the ancestral blend for the burger purchased in shares (1/4, 1/2 , whole etc)
