Teres Major Steak


  • 1 lb HBK Teres Major steak

  • Crushed black pepper

  • Salt

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Let's get cooking!

  1. Preheat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. Put olive oil in skillet.

  2. Coat the steak on both sides with salt and pepper (or any other seasonings you enjoy!)

  3. Once the skillet is hot, place the steak in the cast iron. Cook about 2-3 minutes on each side. Set the steak aside and allow it to continue to cook while resting, about 5 minutes.

  4. This steak cut is best prepared at medium rare. Enjoy!

Pairs well with:

  • Baked or mashed potatoes

  • Grilled vegtables
